FAQs: Membership & Class Signup

Nope! You will not be automatically charged for any ongoing membership because you signed up for the intro offer.

If you think a monthly membership is right for you, keep an eye on your email during the intro term for membership and class deals!

We only charge a cancellation fee if you cancel booking for a class with a waitlist, less than four hours before start time. (You’ll know a class is waitlisted if it says “waitlist only” on the schedule.)  The cancellation fee is $5.00. If you are using a class card or drop-in class, that class will not be refunded.

There is no long term contract for auto-pay options. Auto-pay memberships may be canceled with 30 days notice. If you need to cancel your auto-pay, please email Debbie directly ([email protected]) to give notice – no questions asked.

As part of your membership, you may bring a friend for 1 (one) free class. If they sign up for the intro offer, you get $5.00 off your next membership payment! The free class offer is only valid for people who have never visited our studio.

Yes. Memberships may be put on hold for a maximum of 3 months, or 90 days per calendar year. No charges will be processed during that time.

Doors are locked at the class start time to keep everyone safe.

One of the ways we are able to offer the lowest class prices of any hot yoga studio nearby is to minimize administrative costs. That means that we don’t have a receptionist at the desk while classes are in session. So, plan to arrive at least a few minutes early.

And if you’re having one of those days when plans go out the window… take a deep breath. Please don’t risk your safety or peace of mind by rushing to class. Yoga (and BHYW) will still be here for you tomorrow.
