Hi there! Before you send that form…

…we might already have the answer for you!

Congratulations on your decision to begin a yoga practice! We recommend that nearly everyone start with the Classic 26&2 hot yoga. This practice is designed for both beginners and experienced students. The heat helps aid flexibility and the postures are accessible to everyone – even people recovering from injuries – with very few modifications. This practice is balanced, moves at a moderate pace, and will leave you feeling terrific!

The only people for whom we do not recommend starting with the 26&2 are people who are pregnant, people with medical conditions that are triggered or worsened by heat, and people with un-medicated high blood pressure or untreated heart conditions.

If the 26&2 is not accessible to you because of one of the conditions listed above, or you are seeking non-heated yoga specifically, we recommend that you begin with Gentle YogaFull class descriptions are here.

Please follow your physician’s guidance with regard to any form of exercise, and be sure to let your instructor know about any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.

You’ll only be charged a fee for missing the class if the class you missed had a waitlist. If the class didn’t have a waitlist, you won’t be charged a fee or use up a class on your class card.

We only charge a cancellation fee if you cancel booking for a class with a waitlist less than four hours before start time (or miss the waitlisted class you signed up for). Waitlisted classes will say “waitlist only” on the schedule before class starts. The cancellation fee is $5.00. If you are using a class card or drop-in class, that class will not be refunded.

Doors are locked at the class start time to keep everyone safe.

One of the ways we are able to offer the lowest class prices of any hot yoga studio nearby is to minimize administrative costs. That means that we don’t have a receptionist at the desk while classes are in session. So, plan to arrive at least a few minutes early.

And if you’re having one of those days when plans go out the window… take a deep breath. Please don’t risk your safety or peace of mind by rushing to class. Yoga (and BHYW) will still be here for you tomorrow.

If you’ve tried resetting your password and still can’t log in, you’re in the right place. Please contact us through our contact form.

Our most economical option for new students is our intro offer: for 20 days you can try every kind of class we offer, for just $49.

Drop in classes are $30, and community classes are $20. The full schedule and rates are right here.

Classes at BHYW are intended for adults. Teenagers 17 and under may attend with permission from a parent or guardian. Teenagers 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please contact the studio for more information.

We bring on new teachers on a case-by-case basis. If you haven’t already, please come try some classes first and see if our studio is your vibe!
